It has been 2 days with very poor signal and no internet at all. The help&support says that there are no issues in my area but still I haven’t been able to use 5G or to make any calls. Is anyone else having this same issue?

Many as there was an issue with esims earlier this week.
You should try rebooting your phone, now the issue has been fixed, or go in store with photo ID for a new esim.
