I have an account, with a working password. i can recaive emails and codes and when I try to login to my 02 on the app or web browser it wont connect. ive tried to ring customer services as going to a shop is not viable for me and they just send me round and round to different departments and then tell me to go to the shop. I need help with this its rediculous it cant be done outside of face to face.
