Number transfer

Recently changed from 02 pay as you go to monthly contract with new sim card. I requested to keep my old number but that hasn't happened.

Failed payments

I would like to discuss my outstanding arears (£278.75). My services have been stopped so I can’t make or receive calls and texts. Therefore I can’t access my 02 account fully with two-step verification. Is there an email we can use to communicate?
