Can someone please help me! I have a UK O2 Pay as you Go SIM, I am in the USA and I would like to top it off. The problem is that I have a USA credit card so I cannot top it off online since I do not have a UK postal code. I have tried to call a number of O2 phone numbers but they are not working for me. I get a recorded message from O2 to call another number, I call that number and nothing. Can someone give me a working number for an actual live O2 customer service representative who I can speak with to top up my SIM? Thank You.

You will have trouble topping up without a uk card .

Only the published numbers on the contact us page will work .

As you say it's the US card creating problems.

Personally I would try topping up via this route http://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/o2

(It allows you to purchase top ups via Paypal)

I would just add here there is another way of topping up if you have family or friends in the UK.

They could purchase a top up voucher for you and text you the code...I did this for my son when he was in Spain on PAYG.

I have also used my UK based card to top him up..(we are both with O2.. so that method may be a bit of a long shot for you?)

I have the same problem topping up my French sim card.
The only way I can do it is with a voucher purchased when I'm here.

Do you not have a French bank account with a debit card ?

I top up my Spanish Orange sim online in UK using my Spanish debit card before I travel.

The PayPal link requires a UK address. Tried my hotel and it doesn't work. Very frustrating. Called O2 and they suggest I find someone with a UK credit card. Not helpful
