Hi - I am due a refund from you of over £360. This was identified 3 weeks ago on a call to your customer services and I was given a reference number 750502007 I called today to chase as I have not received the funds. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes then got cut off when speaking to an advisor, called back and on hold again for 20 minutes then passed "to a colleague" which was actually me being passed back to the initial welcome message. I need this refund processed urgently - the customer service has been terrible.
