Hi there,

I am trying to sign in to my account to pay my latest bill however it is asking me to enter my phone number to receive a verification text.

The problem is about one month ago I got a new German number (as I moved to Berlin) therefore my UK sim is useless. How can I log in and avoid the upcoming late payment charges?

@AgentCooper

Did you keep the old sim?

If not you need to contact O2 from the numbers in this link Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Your O2 SIM will still work to receive texts.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I'm fairly certain the sim has gone forever as this is the last month I need to pay as I was able to log in without any kind of authentication for the entire length of my contract just using email. It's strange how this authentication process was put on my account almost the day after I requested my contract be canceled. Thank you for the help both of you.
