Due a refund but unable to access My o2

I have recently left o2 and just received an email informing me that I am due a refund and to sign into My o2 to input my bank details to receive it. 
When I sign into My o2 on a desktop, the account area is useless, there's no billing information anywhere and my bank details are saved already, so I don't know where or why I'd need to input them again. 
I refuse to call as I am no longer with o2 and can't use the 3 digit phone numbers and the last time I had to call it was far more hassle than it was worth. 

 

I tried using the virtual chat but apparently to be able to speak to a person on that you have to use the My o2 App. But every time I've tried to sign into the app over the last few months (despite having used the app for near on 5 years now), it tells me that I "don't have access right now but I can manage my account through the website". I was receiving this message before I left o2 so I know that's not the problem there. 

 

Could somebody please tell me the easiest way to get my refund.
