Cannot claim my £100 Mastercard

I received an email today to collect my £100 prepaid Mastercard and the activation text never arrives and the emails take several hours to arrive by then the code is invalid as they only last about 10 minutes.

 

I have tried to chat to O2 via their live chat and I am still in that chat. The only response has been a paste of the terms of the giveaway, thats all the response they have given me in over 1 hour.

So frustrating don't totally rely on chat try o2 customer services on social media.
