I just received a text to say that order NC[Removed] has been processed. It is for another 12 month contract but I did not place this order. Please can you cancel this order now and check that there is no other suspicious activity on my account.

Can you please check these so called orders. Not a normal order starting with MS but starts with NC.
Is it anything to do with transfer to 360? This is the 7th person this morning to receive this text!

It sounds like a system error, where someone has done something in Production using a tool called ServiceNow, instead of test environments...
As I recognise the INC Numbers (as lots of companies use ServiceNow)
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
