Cancelled order refund

5 Days ago i ordered iPhone 17pro, but it was unsuccessful. They taken £30 from my account and i still didn’t get my money back. After order cancelled they didn’t give me an email. I want refund my money.

O2 are not holding it. The ringfenced funds get returned according to your bank's rules, @fahim20023bd  - but usually within 3 to 10 banking days. Talk to your bank if you need it sooner. Good luck

same things just happends to me id love to know why they need to take the money then do all the bs after that did u have any luck getting a refund

Happens with a lot of things. 

I'm waiting a refund from my bank at the moment. It's still showing as pending but going on past experience I reckon Monday or Tuesday I will have it back.
