I’ve received a enforcement of termination notice

I’ve received a termination notice saying I owe xyz amount of money when I’ve cancelled my three contracts under the right to terminate process due to price increases. 
I’ve spoken to numerous people and not one of them can see this on my account but the letter is saying it will take this money from my account! 
can anyone advise me on this as I know it’s 02 and they have not processed my cancellation correctly.

How did you cancel, was it as per the instructions or just by requesting a PAC / STAC code.. 


As this is a customer to customer community there is nothing anyone here can do, as we don't have access to customer accounts. 
The best thing to do is call 0800 902 0217 and speak to the payment management team
