Hi, I upgraded my virgin package through virgin customer service. They've made a mistake with the O2 sim data allowance and they've placed two orders, and tell me I need to cancel myself the wrong one. How do I cancel it? I have the order number.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Typical VM response from the useless Manila Call Centre, it is up to Virgin to correct there mistake, and cancel the incorrect contract, you shouldn't have to do this.
Call VM on 0345 454 1111 and place an official complaint, via https://www.virginmedia.com/help/contact-us/complaints/broadband-tv-phone-contact
