I would like to cancel my 02 monthly contract as from today 01/02/2015 of £19. 42 month
Can't get through to 02

If you call 202 and don't press anything you will get through to customer services quicker. They can then put you through to disconnections although they may not be able to speed it up for you.

Sunday IS going to be a busy day for CS with people off work etc. I rang them on a Friday when I swapped tariff. Called at 8.40am in the morning... connected within 2 minutes and everything completed/sorted within 15 minutes. ...

I rang last Wednesday at 8am and got through to CS in less than 2 minutes would have been quicker if i didnt have to listen to the robot first Smiley LOL

I think it is just the cancellations line that is understaffed. Hoping people will give up and stay no doubt.

I have rarely waited more than 5 minutes for customer services but when I was thinking of leaving a year ago it was nearly an hour
