I wondered if anyone can help i noticed last night I was running low on data so decided to buy extra and when I checked my 02 app it hadn't gone on so I left it til next morning and still nothing has gone on I've bought a 4gb bolt on and a 1gb so in total should have 6gb left as still got 1gb as haven't completely run out hoping some people can help as my partner is away on deployment so it vital we can keep in touch many thanks

@Amandapapa87 It can sometimes take a while for the O2 system to update, and O2 has had a fair few problems of late. You can contact customer service to get them to check. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid long waiting times: https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Sometimes rebooting the phone can help push things along but I too had to contact live chat to add one recently as I kept getting an error through the MyO2 app.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
