I called O2 and arranged for a travel bolt on to be added to my account so I can use my phone in Malaysia, please can you confirm this has happened

You can check your bolt-ons in your MyO2 App, as well as confirming what bolt-on is needed here: https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad
