Hi folks.

I am trying to cancel my PAYG auto top up. I can log into my O2 ok. When I try to go to auto top up to cancel it asks me to log in again and select the number associated with the account. When I select my number it says that too many account are associated with my number and takes me back to the main my o2 page. This goes on as Infinitum!!! Is there a problem with the O2 web pages?

Hi @adamstanden There have been some issues with accounts via My O2. We are told they are working on it. You will need to contact customer services to cancel until the problem is fixed https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Anyone surprised at yet another failure of the website?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Putting yet more load on an understaffed customer service. Auto top up cancellation has been a problem for weeks.

Hi MercedesS,

I was asking for my wife. She asked on O2 LiveChat and they couldn't help and advised her to ring customer services. The person on the end of the call to CS was very rude and unhelpful!!! My wife then wrote to O2's CEO and the whole sorry event has eventually been resolved but she has asked for a PAC code and will be changing to GiffGaff.

Thanks anyway

Adam
