I received message regarding the issue of don’t having direct debit on my account to auto top up my monthly payment , but I already have it,
any suggestions on what to do?

If you are on PAYG then there is no direct debit available, you use a Continuous Payment Authority..
If you are on a Monthly Contract (you go through a Credit Check to get this) then it could be a Direct Debit has been cancelled by your bank, best thing to do is speak to o2 on 0800 902 0217 and ask them..
