When I bought my O2 phone it let me have Amazon Prime for free for 3 months as an extra. This expires on 6th September. I have tried to turn off auto enrol and cancel this several times on the app and web browser. It should not be this hard, nor should I have to spend this long trying to cancel this.
Please help.
