Solved: unable to top up

Have just bought o2 payg sim have registered and unable to top up. No matter what debit card i use to try and top up it says unable to top up and questions the cards. Nothing wrong with the cards i use them all the time. Only wanted to put £10 on it. Not a good start and not happy. Something that is supposed to be simple is getting annoying.

You need a voucher for the first top up.
