Hi,
I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my cinema ticket vouchers.
Recently, I redeemed four o2 priority cinema ticket vouchers and booked a movie, but due to illness, I had to cancel the tickets. The cancellation confirmation indicated that my vouchers would be reinstated. However, since the original vouchers had expired by the time even though I tried booking them on the same day as cancellation, I was unable to do so.
I kindly request your assistance in reinstating my vouchers or providing an alternative solution. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This isnt customer service so no one will be able to help from here, as we are all customers.
You will need to speak to the Cinema direct, as they are the only ones who can reinstate the tickets as there is nothing anyone at o2 can do.
