faulty phone mast

i am having problems with my data connection, the internet will not work.

there is a H symbol next to the signal bars with an up arrow and a down arrow under it.

the upload arrow keeps flashing. no data ever comes down.

 

the faulty phone mast is in park square, ossett, west yorkshire.

 

it is not my phone, it works fine in other areas.

 

i also have a phone on giffgaff, this phone is affected by the problem too.

 

i reported the fault to o2 but they could not find the fault.

until this is fixed i am using an ee sim card in the phone and it works fine on ee so it is not a fault with my phone.

Moe than likely to be congestion rather than a fault but keep reporting it through the MyNetwork app and they might do something in the network improvement programme https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

the internet worked great in this area until about 5 weeks ago when it suddenly stopped working.

 

it does not work at anytime even in the middle of the night

still not fixed

the problem is NOT solved.

 

i have paid £15 for 5gb of data and i am not able to use any of it due to this problem.

 

if this problem is not fixed soon i will cut up my sim card, bin it and switch to a better network!

 

i reported the problem to o2 but they say there is no problem.

6 weeks now. still not fixed

 

i have reported the problem to o2 again

 

i have £15 credit on the sim card

 

if o2 do not fix this problem i will be requesting a refund of my credit because i cannot use it.

 

on the H symbol at the top the upload arrow keeps flashing but no data comes down, it seems like the phone mast is not responding.

it is a fault, not congestion, it does this even at night time when the network will not be congested.
