o2 is throttling youtube, videos are buffering all the time but when i
use a VPN they play with no buffering. how do i make o2 stop throttling,
this violates net neutrality. o2 has been caught throttling youtube and
netflix in the past.
i have 2 phones on pay as you go and i have noticed that the balance
sometimes goes down by a pound and the pound comes back the next day.
this is not a problem but i would like to know what causes this to
happen.
i am watching the videos using chrome on a windows 10 laptop. i am
trying to watch the videos in 720p, the videos buffer without a vpn but
they work when i use a vpn. that is why i think it is been throttled
it is a double data promotion the £10 bundle. the promotion is also on
the £20 and £30 bundles.it is avaliable for new and existing customers
but o2 seem to be keeping the promotion a secret from existing
