@Dube

Customer service are very busy due to the current circumstances.
You will have to keep trying I'm afraid Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Hi @Dube , really sorry to hear your mum is having issues with her phone, I'm assuming its showing no service currently on the phone? Can you confirm if this is the case? Or have you only been able to try calling her and its not getting through, does the phone ring at all or just disconnect after a audible beep?

Hi @Dube
you could get a new PAYGO sim.
You do need to prime it with a £10 voucher which means going to a shop! for one.
Call very early 08.00am or is it still busy then?
Best wishes TallTrees
