My mum is 85 amd disabled and hasnt used her phone for a while i presume
its been disconnected due to current situation i really need it
reconnected and haved tried phoning but cant get through
Hi thanks for reply she hasnt used phone for quite a while comes up
emergency only and cant call it or text. I have tried ringing customer
services twice at different times and waited 50mins and 35mins i will
have to try again
