Hi thereYes you can keep your old sim and transfer it over as both
devices take nano sims. If you receive a replacement sim with your new
device there’s no need to use it.

As a colleague of O2 I am aware of what can and cannot be changed
through the MyO2 app. If the poster has upgraded recently (I.e in the
