I have a galexy S4 mini which is pay as you go with my original number. It was playing up so as this crisis hit I bought a new Samsung A10 on line pay as you go monthly so new sim which I have working in the new phone but with a new number. How do I swap the original number to the new phone ? I had filled an on line form in but this now shows as slow/not happening and to phone  - but from which phone old or new as both o2 ? Help......

From which phone or does it not matter and is it ok that I have already tried to start the process by another means will it confuse the system if it doesnt work ?? Sorry I am not very technical.....

Thanks did text sim swap.

It has not swapped old number to new phone, and now new phone Number no longer shows on my O2 account.

Not sure what to do next . O2 service lines all closed.

Have patience, number changes are taking much longer than usual due to restrictions in staff
