There is an issue with the network at the moment that is being
investigated the advice is to switch off the phone and back on as that
seems to be fixing the problem for some people.

Hi,You will need to call customer services, sim swaps are taking longer
than normal but if you give them a call they will be able to confirm if
the sim swap is going through, there are contact numbers in the below
