no calls in or out on s20

so I've got a brand new Samsung s20 worked fine yesterday 13 may and today for some reason I can't receive or make calls can anybody help

There a network problem.

We’re aware some customers are experiencing issues with voice calls this morning and our technical teams are working on fixing the issue. There is a current network issue O2 Service Status

There is an issue with the network at the moment that is being investigated the advice is to switch off the phone and back on as that seems to be fixing the problem for some people.
