Bought a PAYG sim from Amazon delivered fitted to phone topped up £10 received an e mail saying it was done with the ref number but my phone and online account says balance £0.
can any one tell me why?

Credit is exchanged for allowances, so the credit is spent, hence zero, but you get call, text and data allowances.
Your MyO2 will show what allowances you have.

It will have been taken for the default bundle, as o2 no longer offer non-bundle PAYG

Sorry but I don't see the answer. Am I missing something. If I top up and get an e mail confirmation with an I'd number why is it not showing on my phone or my account?
