Just before the end of each month I receive a text from O2 telling me to make sure I have sufficient funds for my next month's PAYG service and then when new month starts I receive a text confirming that £10 has been deducted from my balance etc. It's the 1st Dec today and I have not received any such texts although i see from my online account that indeed £10 has been deducted.
Are O2 no longer sending texts or is their texting system down or is it something to do with with association with Virgin?

There are some issues currently due to changes to the PAYG system too introduce 5g and wifi calling.
