I keep receiving an error message when texting PAC to 65075 all I want is a PAC code spoken to many staff advised several times my call would be escalated but I get no call back. Any ideas ?

It won't work if you have more than one phone on your account Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] 

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Thanks @MI5 buy I only have one number. I’ve tried to request online and also getting error
