I got my sim and topped up the middle of last week, and the message said something like 'We're on the case', but the 10 pound extra credit hasn't applied.
I tried texting again and it says it looks like I've already received my free credit but it definitely hasn't, does it take a few days for the extra 10 pounds to apply? It looks like I got an extra 5 pounds but is that from registering online?

There was a free £10 credit offer as well as a free £5 for registering, but I'm not sure you can get both.
