Why have I been charged for Disney+

I’ve just moved over to O2 recently. They kept prompting me to pick a “free” extra so I tried to do this and picked Disney+ although the process wasn’t clear and as I expected it looks like I’ve been charged for this?? Why offer it for free if you have to pay ?
