Hi I got a text saying to download my o2 app and I'd receive £5.00 free credit that would automatically be added why haven't they paid it?

Credit will be added in 5 to 7 days but you also need to top up your sim Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Hi there. I’ve got this text as well and I already had the app but can’t seem to get the £5 added

Unknown number on SIM

Lost mobile phone

Top up change card

Going to Greece is roaming included

How can I pay for my rolling PAYG plan from top up...
