Solved: Travel bolt

Travelling to Canada. Rang 02 put travel bolt on at a charge of £6 pound every time I activate for 24 hours. Why can I not have the inclusive zone bolt on, which I believe is free, or have I read it wrong. I am on a 12 month sim only with 30 gb of data

Travel inclusive is only free if you're on a plus plan or have volt benefits.
