FREE10 to 21500 doesn't work & only 3GB instead promotional 15GB with £10 top up

Hi,

I orderd £10 pay & go sim card with promotional 15GB balance - for up to 3 months (normally 3GB).

Followed all instruction:

- topped up with £10

- sent text FREE10 to 21500 to get free credit of £10

... received message back: ''It looks like this offer isn't for you'' 😕

also insted 15GB I have only 3GB

Any advise, please?

You will need to call customer service. There has been a lot of problems with this promotion so they will have to add it manually for you

Called customer service couple of times. Every time redirectd to pay monthly, everybody unable to help just offered new pay monthly contract on each ocasion 😕

Upgraded from 3gb to 15gb after sending text 5XDATA to 2424, free credit of

£10 added after contacting O2 through facebook messanger (took 2 days but all successful)
