Changed tariff but too much being taken out of account

Changed tariff to cheaper but too much is still being taken out of account every month. I'd it possible to update this anywhere online or in the app?
Can o2 refund me?

You'll need to call O2

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Bare in mind for the first month you will pay pro-rata'd amounts.

So part Old Tariff, and Part New tariff depending on when you changed the tariff and how close it was to your billing date

As the op stated 'every month' in the opening post, I presumed it had been going on for longer than the first month pro rata changeover.
