Hi All,
I switched to O2 a month ago on the 10 quid top-up plan just to try it out. Now I am trying to top-up via the web but it's not allowing me. It's funny because my whole family could get this working for them, it's just mine that's not working.
I cannot insert images here or attached a pdf document, so let me try exaplin this.
Steps:
1. Logon to O2.
2. Home screen shows only (O2 Wifi). No option to top-up from this page. At this stage for the rest of my family, it came up with a huge button saying "Top-Up Now".
3. Go to Shop -> Top-Up.
4. It asks me again for my username / password.
5. I enter my logon details again and hit enter. It then says "We had a problem finding your account. Click here and it should solve it.".
6. I click on "here" and it takes me back to step 1.
We phoned support and they said everything is fine on their side. Cannot help us.
Any other ideas?

Sounds like your MyO2 has not activated properly.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
