Hello,

I am abroad in europe and using a Pay as You Go Sim in my phone with 7GB of roaming data. I have turned on roaming and changed from 4G to 3G even tried to change the APN from pay2go to mobile as one of your topic suggested, but still not working.

When shifting from WIFI to Cellular data on the go I have no internet connection.

When trying to call people it instant fails.

I'm using a iPhone SE 2020.

Thanks in advance, first time dealing with a Pay As You Go sim card, to save money on data use.

Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

What network should I manually search for? The network my phone connects to is "3".

Why should I contact them to remove Roaming bar? Will that make roaming work?

and thanks for the reply

@zaddkeefer

Try any other network that comes up in a manual search.

and yes, if you have a roaming bar on the account it won't work.
