one of my phone numbers account has been borked by O2

So i have 2 phone numbers on my account, one is fine working well, teh other, used by my teenage son, will no longer send texts or make phone calls. it can receive them though. It is a dumb phone that he has.  I assumed it needed topping up, but it does not work, see the images for what i get

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
