viewing 2 accounts in the app

I pay for 2 different numbers and have 2 accounts ( one for me and one for my wife )  I used to be able to check data on both numbers on the app but can't anymore. Any ideas how to do it ? I pay for both accounts with the same bank account by DD.

You can only have one account per email now.

You need to register the other one with a different email address.

I pay for three numbers and can all see all details on all three and pretty sure I've not added emails to them, the My O2 app has just been updated and refreshed, maybe the OP needs to update the app.

Pretty sure yours is a one off.

Everyone. else was forced onto a 1 number per account scenario with the recent VMO2 single sign in change.

I had two legacy accounts on My O2 and both transferred across when 360 came in

Problem is that O2 made a complete mess of the platform change and many accounts were split

I could see all of mine in one app even after 360. It was the single sign in change that screwed mine up. Went back and forth with @Dave-O2 numerous times and the answer from O2 was one account per app log in from now on for everyone.
