I didn't top-up my O2 SIM since 2 months but when I check when I wanna top-up,the SIM doesn't show up anymore.
Is there any way I could fix this issue by some sort?

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
