Hi!
I am currently using my O2 pay as you sim abroad.
I can make calls to the uk, but cannot receive any from the UK. I can receive SMS fine. Anyone trying to call me from the UK hears the message: “You’ve Dailed an incorrect number please check the number and try again”
I have tried using a different phone, and left the SIM out for over an hour but the issue persists. I have £10 credit in my account.
Also tried manually connecting to a different network.
Any ideas anyone?

Your phone is not trying to pass the caller onto O2 Voicemail, @ARDK83?
