I bought a £15 big bundle, which says I have 20gb data and unlimited texts and calls. However, it says my balance is £0 and can’t call or text. Can’t seem to contact humans at O2

If you paid £15 for the Big Bundle that would have been used and converted to your bundle allowance and therefore your balance would show £0

My advice would be to check on my O2 as to your available calls data and texts etc,and if that shows you have an active plan and STILL can’t use your phone then your only redress is customer service.
