Hi, I have a new device (iphone 😎 and need a new sim for that device please, but would like to keep the existing phone number and sim package that I currently have (Pay As You Go). How do I proceed? Thank you.

@Nat03 If popping out the right size sim isn't an option for you, the quickest way for you to sort this out is to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll give you a new Pay & Go sim with your number on it. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

@Nat03 Just put your old sim in your new phone. If you didn't have an iPhone previously you need to ask O2 to enable iData on your account. Be aware that there is no 5G on Pay & Go.

Hi, and thanks for your reply. The old sim isn't compatible with the new phone, so I'll need a new sim but hopefully can remain on Pay As You Go? And keep the existing number from the (very) old phone if possible? Thanks again.

@Nat03

Depending on the age of your sim, it may be possible to push out the right size you need.
