So I bout a pay as you go mobile with an O2 sim as it matched my work phoneline now whilst I can receive calls I cannot make outgoing ones all I get is a "Big Bundle" call message and then it cutst me off. The phone is effectively useless. I have called customer services who say there is nothing that can be done due to network activity.
Is there a way that the big bundle can be removed. I just need a mobile to be able to work from home.

To renew your bundle you just have to top up.
