Hi, 

 

I have 12 Months O2 SIM Only contract for the amount of £10.88 and the renewal date of my contract is 29 Nov 2024 but today is receive the message from O2 your latest bill is £32.53 for the date of 01 Oct 2024 to 01 Nov 2024. I am asking just simple question my contract is expire at 29 Nov 2024 why are you sending me Bill for £32.53 amount. Kindly check this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Not something we can deal with on this customer to customer Community.

This seems to be something you can check in the billing section of MyO2 

Otherwise

You can get in touch with the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll find a solution that’s right for you.

 

 

 

Payment Management opening hours:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
