Hi I have been abroad for the last 10 days, and I need to pay my phone bill which is overdue. However in order to log into my o2 account to pay the bill it is asking to send a text message to my UK number. However when I insert my UK o2 sim card into the phone I am getting no service so cannot receive the text message. Please can you help and advise how I can pay this bill please?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
