Hi
So I cancelled my pay monthly account with 02 and the number was terminated on the 10th May. I paid what I owed and I was told that any other costs will be waived.
Havent used the number since April and now just received another email with a bill?
Why am I getting another bill if the number has been terminated?
Cant speak to anyone now until Tuesday
any help is appreciated

How did you cancel? Are the numbers disconnected or transferred to a new supplier?
I ask because O2 can be rather negligent when disconnecting via a phone call.
