Yesterday my phone asked me to sign in to my email account (NTLWorld)
Today I tried to use my email on my computer but password was rejected.
So logged onto O2 to try and change my password only to get the message Prohibited word used.
So visited the local O2 shop.
The chap established as I have a pay as you go account, NTLWorld no longer works with this account.
When I asked what the solution was his reply was contact 44445. I pointed out as I was deaf I am no good on phones.
No practical solution was offered by showing me what to do.
So is there anyone out there who knows what the solution is?

@Brian-G You can reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Absolutely no reason for ntlworld.com email accounts to not work with O2 PAYG.
That sounds like complete rubbish.
Try deleting your account from the phone and set it up again as an imap account.
- Server: imap.ntlworld.com
